CombiSens
The CombiSens
system offer the combined measurements of
particles, dust and film like deposits on technical surfaces.
Using the Glancing Light Technology, reliable reproducible and highly accurate measurement results are achieved without extensive test procedures using microscopes or in-direct-sampling methods like e.g. washing with alcohol dilution and filter analysis.
Particle size and count is determined within seconds. Viewing the surface in real-time, the image processing software automatically counts and sizes particles. This data, including the live-screen, can be immediately viewed on the integrated screen, printed or stored on USB Memory for future reference and comparison.
To inspect a surface for thin film like deposits, the relative alteration of luminance due to the influences of thin layers such as oil films is measured.
A reference value is simple carried out on a defined surface. Afterwards, because of comparing measurements, filmy deposits like e.g. oil, grease, cooling lubricant or corrosive protection layer can be easily detected. With the shipped measuring head PSMK8.5 CombiSens is immediately ready to use.

Accessories and components
The rugged 17"-TFT-Industry grade screen is connected
to the external video port on the backside of CombiSens. The magnified
live image improves the view of the location, position and shape of the
particles on the surface.
CombiSens is also available with an integrated rechargeable battery for AC independent use. Thus CombiSens can be used mobile everywhere even if there is no AC power available.
