PartSens
PartSens is a portable particle counter that directly
measures and counts particles and dust and other deposits on technical surfaces.
Using the Glancing Light Technology, reliable reproducible and highly accurate measurement results are achieved without extensive test procedures using microscopes or in-direct-sampling methods like e.g. washing with alcohol dilution and filter analysis.
Particle size and count is determined within seconds. Viewing the surface in real-time, the image processing software automatically counts and sizes particles. This data, including the live-screen, can be immediately viewed on the integrated screen, printed or stored on USB Memory for future reference and comparison.
PartSens can be configured to detect particles on various material surfaces such as stainless steel, silicon, glass or plastic. PartSens may be set up to a given measuring task individually. With the shipped measuring head PMK8.5 PartSens is immediately ready to use.

Accessories and components
The rugged 17"-TFT-Industry grade screen is connected to the external video port on the backside of PartSens. The magnified live image improves the view of the location, position and shape of the particles on the surface.
PartSens is also available with an integrated rechargeable battery for AC independent use. Thus PartSens can be used mobile everywhere even if there is no AC power available.
The new measuring head PMK25 with an increased active area is equipped with optical filters that provide precise and reliable particle results even under difficult conditions such as for example structured surfaces. A typical field of application is the large area inspection of automotive steel sheets prior forming in a stamping facility.
A high quality precision angle mount provides a fixture for the measuring head over the inspected item. This enables PartSens to be used as a stationary measurement system. The integrated translation stage provides easy positioning to a specific point on the test subject by the measuring head.
